TERMS & CONDITIONS

By confirming the reservation guest accepts that this reservation makes no warranty that the accommodation reserved will be the exact same assigned to the guest at time of check-in. Rooms are allocated as deemed appropriate and feasible at the time of check in, and are at the sole discretion of the property manager. The service and rates are determined freely by the management, which reserves the right to change them.

In the unlikely event that the Hotel does not, for any reason, have the required number and types of rooms available as per the booking, the Hotel reserves the right to allocate the Client without incurring extra cost, to an alternative room of a similar or superior standard within its property portfolio, for whole or part of their stay. The acceptance of such proposed alternative by the Client (which does not release the Client from its obligation to make payment to the Hotel in respect of the booking) shall be deemed un-refusable.

The Hotel is not liable and shall not owe any compensation or damages if it is unable to fulfil its contractual obligations due to unforeseeable problems with infrastructure and Utilities within its location as well as force majeure, or if the Client suffers damage as a result of a force majeure event. For the purposes of this clause, “force majeure” shall mean all facts and circumstances which the Hotel could not reasonably foresee or prevent, such as, for example, natural or nuclear disaster, war or the threat of war, terrorist activities or the threat thereof, strikes, floods, fires, general black out, etc.

The Hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behavior of Clients, Guests or representatives, who must take all steps for corrective action as requested by the Hotel. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, the Hotel may terminate the booking, stop any event immediately and / or ask the Client to vacate the Hotel premises immediately, without being liable for any refund or compensation. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse a Client, Guest or representative entry and accommodation if, on arrival, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
